1. Age Restriction (18+)

Sithuwili Plus is an adult-only platform. By accessing or using Sithuwili Plus, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You understand that this platform contains adult-oriented content
  • You are accessing this platform voluntarily and of your own free will

2. Two Platforms: Sithuwili vs Sithuwili Plus

Sithuwili (For Everyone)

Family-friendly platform for all ages. No adult content permitted.

Sithuwili Plus (Adult Platform)

18+ platform for mature audiences. Adult content, discussions, and semi-nude imagery permitted.

Users must sign up separately for each platform. Sithuwili Plus requires age verification.

3. Image Content Policy

PROHIBITED: Full Nude Images

Full frontal nudity, exposed genitals, and explicit sexual acts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

PERMITTED: Semi-Nude Images

Artistic nudity, implied nudity, lingerie, swimwear, and tasteful semi-nude content are ALLOWED as long as they are not explicit or pornographic.

All uploaded images must comply with our content guidelines.

5. User Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Respect other users — no harassment, hate speech, or bullying
  • Do not post illegal content, including child exploitation material
  • No spam, phishing, or malicious links
  • Do not impersonate other users or celebrities
  • Respect intellectual property — only post content you own or have permission to share

6. Content Moderation

We actively moderate content to ensure compliance with these Terms. Moderators may remove any content that violates our policies without prior notice. Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may be permanently banned.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post prohibited content (including full nude images), or engage in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Sithuwili Plus, you consent to data collection for account management, content moderation, and platform improvement.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sithuwili Plus is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free from errors. User-generated content reflects the views of users, not the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
